Qualifications

• Portfolio or work samples showing copywriting, social media graphics, or marketing content.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, copywriting, or content creation (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong copywriting skills for B2B (LinkedIn) and visual platforms (Instagram/TikTok).
• Basic graphic design ability to produce appealing layout assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Social media savvy with awareness of trends, scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Social Media Execution: schedule, publish, and monitor daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: craft engaging social copy, draft blog posts, and assemble client success stories.
• Visual Asset Design: produce social graphics, slide decks, and marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Community Engagement: respond to comments and inquiries to grow audience and client interest.
• Website Updates: keep portfolio, team updates, and published articles current.
• Reporting & Support: track reach, engagement, and web traffic; assist with events and award submissions.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Associate to help elevate Klaiya’s own brand presence and inbound marketing efforts. In this role, you will be the hands‑on engine behind Klaiya’s social media, case study creation, website content, and internal brand storytelling—treating Klaiya as our agency's most important client.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Execution: Schedule, publish, and monitor daily content across Klaiya’s social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), ensuring brand voice and visual consistency.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Write engaging social copy, draft blog posts, and assist in compiling client success stories and case studies that highlight Klaiya’s winning campaigns.
• Visual Asset Design: Utilize Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite tools to design clean, high-impact social graphics, slide decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on agency social channels to build engagement with our audience and prospective clients.
• Website Updates: Assist in keeping Klaiya’s website up to date with new portfolio pieces, team updates, and published articles.
• Reporting & Support: Help track monthly social media reach, engagement metrics, and web traffic; support the team in planning agency events and award submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, copywriting, or content creation (agency experience is a big plus).
• Portfolio Required: Must submit a portfolio, website, or work samples displaying copywriting samples, social media graphic posts, or marketing content created in previous roles.
• Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to write clear, grammatically sound, and engaging copy adapted for B2B (LinkedIn) and visual platforms (Instagram/TikTok).
• Basic Graphic Design: Proficiency with Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) to produce visually appealing layout assets.
