Philsearch Consulting, Inc. is seeking a strategic Brand Manager to lead a premium activewear portfolio across store networks and digital platforms.

Reporting to the Director for MPDG, you will serve as the commercial lead, overseeing sales performance, boutique operations, visual merchandising, and multi-channel profitability. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of managerial retail experience in premium fashion or lifestyle brands, with a strong grasp of P&L, OTB, inventory turnover, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in retail store operations, multi-unit sales, or brand management, preferably in premium fashion, athleisure, footwear, or lifestyle retail
• Strong understanding of retail metrics, including P&L, Cost of Sales, Gross Margin, Open-To-Buy (OTB), and inventory turnover
• Proven experience delivering high-quality boutique customer experiences, visual merchandising standards, and premium brand execution
• Strong business ethics, accountability and discretion with commercial and financial information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive overall revenue and net margin targets across retail boutiques and digital channels
• Manage annual budgeting, monthly sales forecasting, and operating expense controls
• Oversee Open-To-Buy (OTB) budgets for outright, consignment, and drop-ship brands
• Align seasonal assortments and monitor sell-through performance, targeting at least 70% per season
• Develop and implement pricing and markdown strategies to maximize sales while protecting gross profit
• Oversee store operations, customer service standards, and loss prevention initiatives
• Lead retail marketing, public relations, visual merchandising, and in-store activations to strengthen brand presence and engage the active lifestyle community
