Job summary

HRTX is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Makati, Philippines. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the sales team to foster business growth. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in brand or product marketing, demonstrating strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and commercial initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to drive sustainable business growth and strengthen market performance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic objectives and enhance overall business results.
• Manage product portfolio performance, including planning and implementing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional business activities and work closely with management to ensure the successful execution of marketing and operational plans.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, leveraging strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to deliver business objectives effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in brand management, product marketing, or category management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in managing product portfolios, business performance, and profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions and develop strategies that drive business growth and market competitiveness.
