Job summary

Jsunitrade seeks an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Group Product Manager in driving growth for our product category in the Cebu City region. You will help develop brand plans, lead campaigns, and ensure consistency across online and offline materials.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with experience in FMCG branding and consumer insights. Collaboration with supply chain and ecommerce teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of Marketing experience in an FMCG company.
• Experience with flagship/market leader brands is advantageous.
• Experience in Brand Strategy & Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, IMC, Channel Activation, and Innovation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group Product Manager to develop and execute annual brand plans for the assigned categories.
• Oversee creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategies.
• Manage development of all marketing communications materials online and offline for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Category & Channel Sales Development and Sales teams for cross-channel alignment.
• Liaise with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure timely inventory and materials for marketing initiatives.
• Partner with Senior Insights Manager to analyze market landscape and consumer needs for brand strategies and product tests.
• Provide project updates for weekly Marketing Team huddle and top management reviews.
