Job summary

Sprout Solutions Philippines is seeking a PR & Events Associate for a hybrid setup. You will work with the Brand Marketing Officer to drive brand integrity across PR, partnerships and employer branding. You will help plan and execute events and activations to generate leads and promote Sprout's story.

You will coordinate with agencies and internal teams, ensuring messaging stays consistent, while adapting to the market and target audience across channels.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who can adapt to high-pressure situations and juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience in public relations or communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with launching online and offline events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating an event and PR calendar aligned with marketing strategy.
• Conceptualize and execute creative activities for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Communicate the brand identity clearly across channels and with partners.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for thought leadership events.
• Analyze brand activity metrics to optimize impact and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other channels to promote brand activities and messaging.
