Job summary

Otsuka-Solar Philippines Inc. is seeking an energetic Junior Events Specialist to plan and execute engaging events across NCR and Davao. You’ll coordinate activities from concept to delivery, connect with professionals and students, and help build brand loyalty.

You’ll leverage strong English communication, project coordination, and MS Office to track budgets, timelines, and outcomes, while collaborating with sales and operations to ensure product availability at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Passion for events and project coordination; results-driven.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and planning.
• Team player with ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution.
• Promote the product to professionals, schools, and institutions to boost awareness and loyalty.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to create brand advocates.
• Lead Speakership Activities to engage audiences with product knowledge.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to grow the brand.
