Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a design professional responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining the overall design aesthetics across malls under supervision. The role focuses on aligning with brand image and budget while delivering high-visual-impact displays.

The candidate will generate innovative design concepts, aim to increase customer foot traffic, and support business partners with compelling visual merchandising solutions. Regular evaluations of team performance are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in any design-related field.
• Graduate of Fine Arts, Interior Design, or any design-related field.
• Proficient in drawing, space planning, and project management.
• Knowledge in drawing or illustration program, or 3D rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and maintain the design aesthetics of malls under supervision, ensuring budget adherence and brand consistency.
• Generate ideas and concepts that reinforce the brand image and company objectives.
• Develop design solutions that drive higher sales, attract partners, and increase foot traffic.
• Conduct competitor checks and propose strategies for competitive advantage.
• Evaluate direct reports' performance through regular appraisals.
