Qualifications

• 4+ years hands‑on performance or digital media experience, ideally in an agency.
• Deep hands‑on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across listed platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, server‑side tracking, CAPI, Looker Studio, or DataBox.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Leadership experience mentoring juniors and managing media buyers.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities

• Turn brand and commercial strategies into tactical performance media plans across Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
• Plan, build, run, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and DV360/StackAdapt.
• Develop insights‑led reports and strategic decks for agency leadership.
• Line-manage the PH Performance Specialist and own QA for offshore work.
• Collaborate with Australian teams to align insights with creative briefs.
