Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or related field.
• 3+ years in design or related corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and creativity.
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office; basic Figma.
• Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, color; solid production knowledge.
• Understanding of accessibility in design.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality output.
• Growth mindset and continuous improvement focus.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.
• Clear communication for presenting ideas and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Apply design expertise and high standards to deliver visually compelling work that supports brand leadership.
• Design across print, digital, and environmental materials for sales, marketing, and communications.
• Manage projects end-to-end from brief through final production.
• Maintain brand assets, guidelines, and systems for consistent application.
• Collaborate with designers, contribute ideas, participate in reviews, and foster a positive studio environment.
• Utilize studio tools to track progress, organize files, and address issues proactively.
