Job summary

Care & Bloom is hiring a Graphic Designer + Packaging Designer to create high-performing ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels, as well as packaging and product-related designs. This role focuses on performance rather than traditional brand design.

You’ll work on landing pages and social content, collaborating with strategists and media buyers to deliver scroll-stopping creatives that drive purchases. Remote work with room for growth in a fast-moving business.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of DTC or performance marketing ad creatives.
• Professional packaging design experience.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design.
• Ability to design visuals, copy, layouts, and CTAs that drive purchases.
• Fast and comfortable working with high volumes of creative.
• Strong skills in static and motion graphics.
• Ability to create scroll-stopping creative while maintaining the brand voice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
