Job summary

Intellect is APAC's leading mental health and wellbeing platform, serving millions across 100+ countries. We are revamping our brand to read as enterprise-grade while staying clinically credible, and you will close the gap with design across campaigns, case studies, and a unified system.

You will shape typography, color, and illustration standards, create scalable templates, and collaborate with web, production, and external agencies to deliver impact-driven assets for global markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in brand, marketing or agency design.
• Strong typographic and layout craft; make dense content readable.
• Fluency in Figma; comfort with Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing to and maintaining a brand system.
• Data visualisation and infographic skills.
• Ability to work from a brief and deliver at campaign pace across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Campaign and social creative across the monthly brand calendar with stronger hooks and less text density.
• Rebuild case studies, white papers and research reports with clear typographic hierarchy and data visuals.
• Design system and sub-brands; unify typography, colour, icons and assets across Intellect Clinic and Atlas.
• Design booth backdrops, banners, print and merchandise to production specs with legibility at distance.
• Produce and maintain video templates for YouTube and social, plus screen-recording assets.
• Partner with the web dev on landing pages and site revamp for better navigation and conversion.
• Brief and quality control: follow brand guidelines and direct freelance designers when volume spikes.
