Job summary

Intellect is a leading APAC mental health and wellbeing platform seeking a designer to elevate its brand across digital and print. You will shape campaigns, rebuild collateral, and unify sub-brands within a coherent system.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies to deliver enterprise-grade visuals that read as credible and accessible across APAC markets and languages.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in brand, marketing or agency design with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Strong typographic and layout craft to render dense content readable.
• Fluency with Figma and comfort with Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing to and maintaining a brand system, not just one-off assets.
• Data visualisation and infographic skills are essential.
• Ability to take a brief and deliver at campaign pace across markets.

Responsibilities

• Campaign and social creative: design LinkedIn images, carousels, and launch moments with strong hooks.
• Sales and marketing collateral: rebuild case studies, white papers with clear hierarchy and infographics.
• Design system and sub-brands: unify typography, colour, iconography across Intellect brands.
• Events and offline collateral: design booth backdrops, banners, print, and merchandise to specs.
• Motion and video: create templates for YouTube/social and production assets via agencies.
• Web: collaborate with developers on landing pages and site revamp for clear navigation.
• Briefing and QC: work from briefs, review against guidelines, direct freelance designers as needed.
