Job summary

realme Philippines is seeking a dynamic Community Operations professional to grow and engage the brand’s local community across Facebook, TikTok, Discord, and more. You will lead online campaigns, organize offline fan events, and nurture core fan groups with campus ambassadors.

You’ll work with Marketing, PR, and Sales to amplify campaigns and track engagement metrics to drive growth among youth audiences.

Qualifications

2–5 years experience in community operations / social media / user growth.
Experience in smartphone, tech, or youth-focused brands is a plus.
Deep understanding of PH social platforms (FB, TikTok, IG).
Proven experience in event planning (online & offline).
Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
Passion for youth culture and consumer tech.
Fluent in English (Tagalog is a plus).

Responsibilities

Manage and grow realme PH community across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Discord, etc.).
Plan and execute online engagement campaigns (challenges, UGC campaigns, interactive content).
Organize offline fan events (meetups, product experience events, fan sessions during launches).
Build and manage core fan groups (moderators, super users, campus ambassadors).
Drive user-generated content (UGC) and amplify word-of-mouth marketing.
Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Sales teams on campaigns.
Track and analyze community performance metrics (engagement, retention, growth).
