Qualifications

• Significant experience in Brand Communications, PR, Influencer Marketing or KOL partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and negotiations.
• Strong commercial mindset with governance and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete KOL partnership lifecycle from identification to measurement.
• Lead negotiations, contracting, and briefings with talent agencies and creators.
• Drive brand reputation stewardship and ensure governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with category, communications and purchasing teams to optimize investments.
• Develop scalable processes and governance across the KOL ecosystem.
