Qualifications

• Agency experience preferred.
• Brand/marketing knowledge across social platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day client communications via email and meetings.
• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Coordinate content production with designers and editors.
• Write or refine captions aligned with brand voice.
• Prepare and present pitch decks to clients.
