Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in brand management, IP management, marketing, market research, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing IP assets.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Knowledge or skills in project management, data analytics, innovation, and business modeling are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage intellectual property assets: organize, archive, and safeguard trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Coordinate registrations and compliance with external firms and regional brand managers.
• Maintain brand standards across channels and territories via policies and guidelines.
• Support brand development through brainstorming and idea generation.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams and partners to deliver consistent brand experiences.
• Document brand guidelines and catalog IP assets.
