Responsibilities

Ensure branch opens and closes at regular times and authorize overtime.
Oversee customer service operations and timely product delivery.
Prepare daily reports for discussion with operations manager.
Motivate staff and take disciplinary action as needed.

About the role

The Branch Supervisor is primarily responsible for maintaining uniformity in branch operations and plays an active role in the administration of the entire department. The role dedicates to the smooth functioning of the branch across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

Ensure that the branch opens and closes at regular times and permit employees to work overtime when required
Look after customer service operations and delivery of products in a timely manner
Monitor day-to-day activities and make daily reports to send/discuss with operations manager
Motivate employees to outshine and take disciplinary actions if an employee performs below expectations consistently
Take charge of overall employee, finance, operations, documentation, and customer service management
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the Company

About you

Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree
Must have experience in the said field
Must be knowledgeable about laptops and computers
Must be a good leader and know how to manage/supervise a team
Must be proficient in various computer applications used in an office environment
