• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead and mentor branch staff to achieve performance targets and promote professional development.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stocking of products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Interface with customers for order taking, order releasing and customer service
• Manage daily sales and expenses
• Manage inventory system to ensure adequate inventory levels at all times
• Manage overall condition of kiosk (cleanliness, safety and appearance)
• Assist Service Crew in respective roles as cashier and/or food preparation crew as needed
• Report to owners on a regular basis
