Job summary

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for the over-all branch performance. He/ She will ensure the smooth and continuous day-to-day branch operations including meeting sales targets, managing of expenses, and as well as the handling of branch personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Operations & Finance: Proficiency in daily branch workflow, cash handling, and inventory control protocols.
• Team Management: Ability to delegate, train, schedule, and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Customer Service & Resolution: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and conflict resolution.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or branch operations management.
