Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Service Officer in Metro Manila to oversee daily tellering, cashiering and ATM operations, ensuring prompt service in line with the bank's standards and internal controls.

The role requires supervision of Cash Services and ATM operations, custodianship of peso cash and interim forms, and timely submission of reports with accuracy. A minimum of 5 years in branch operations and a related bachelor's degree is expected, with assignment to Cubao, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant course.
• At least 5 years' experience in Branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities.
• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch.
• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch.
• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted.
• Assistant for signature / approval.
• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units.
• Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time.
