Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Sales Officer in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The role focuses on achieving business deliverables through tactical sales strategies and addressing client needs with bank products and services.

You will nurture relationships with existing customers via regular visits, conduct profiling of prospects, and drive new client acquisition to expand the bank’s customer base. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience, preferably in a banking branch or financial services.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition and client management.
• Familiar with bank products and services.
• Resilient with a proactive, go-getter attitude.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a proactive and firm business stance in relation to industry competition, market conditions, and other external factors so threats are addressed and strengths and opportunities are maximized
• Builds stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and reviews of their financial condition to maximize and expand business prospects
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups through active and collaborative undertaking resulting in successful cross-sells
• Employs accurate profiling of prospects through objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities to address clients’ needs and maximize potential
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by effectively presenting the bank’s products and services as solutions to clients’ needs thereby substantially improving customer base
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

As a Branch Sales Officer, you will ensure the achievement of business deliverables thru the tactical rollout of sales strategies and activities. And also, you'll address the banking requirements of those in the targeted market segment through the competent matching of client needs with our innovative products and services.

How you'll contribute

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years strong sales experience, preferably with experience as a Branch Sales Associate, Branch Relationship Officer, Branch Marketing Officer, or New Accounts Officer in the banking industry
• Must have an experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Familiar with Bank products and services
• Must be resilient and has a go-getter attitude
