Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Executive to oversee sales, marketing and operations at the Cainta branch in Rizal.

You will drive branch performance by leading the team to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or gadgets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree requirement in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent required.
• Experience in Furnitures/Gadgets is an advantage.
• Role should be Sales Executive or Supervisor/Team Lead.
• Above average communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handles all sales, marketing and operation activities of the branch.
• Ensures achievement of sales target for the assigned branch.
• Motivates and leads branch personnel in the achievement of sales target.
• Performs other duties required or assigned.
