Job summary

Belo Medical Group, Inc. seeks a Branch Pharmacist to dispense prescriptions, manage stock, and maintain product availability in a busy clinic setting.

The role requires a registered pharmacist with 6 months to 1 year of related experience or fresh graduates with strong clinical or community pharmacy internships, and willingness to be assigned in Rockwell, Makati City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist.
• At least 6 months to 1 year related work experience for Pharmacist role.
• Open to Fresh Graduate with strong clinical or community pharmacy internship.
• Open to work and be assigned in Rockwell, Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Dispense, read, interpret and file prescriptions.
• Ensure good storage, distribution, dispensing, and pharmacy practices.
• Maintain inventory and conduct monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Provide information on product usage and storage to patients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and timely dispensing.

Job description

The Branch Pharmacist is primarily responsible for dispensing, inventory control and maintaining

availability of products.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensures good storage, good distribution, good dispensing, as well as good pharmacy practices.
2. Ensures smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations (selling, stocks management, regulatory compliance, and customer services.
3. Reads, interprets, and files doctor’s prescriptions.
4. Suggest additional or alternative products for the patient to consider in the treatment plan.
5. Checks the expiry and ensures the products are in the proper storage before dispensing.
6. Ensures accurate and prompt dispensing of products to the Patients, Aestheticians, Physician Assistants, and Doctors.
7. Provides information to the patients regarding basic product’s knowledge or usage and storage.
8. Monitors the fast moving, slow moving and expiring products.
9. Ensures the compliance of the store with statutory procedures.
10. Updates/ records Clinic Use Products in Great Plains.
11. Prepares weekly requisition of Products needed in the clinic.
12. Conducts and prepares monthly inventory count of products.
13. Prepares monthly Reconciliation Report and other reports.

B. Others

1. Attends and participates in all required meetings, events, or trainings.
2. Ensures compliance to company established policies and procedures.
3. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
