Fortune Life Insurance Company in Pasig seeks a Branch Service Associate (Reliever) to provide temporary support in branch operations. You will handle payments, administrative tasks, and customer servicing to keep branch activities running smoothly during staff absences.

This role requires basic business education and experience with cash handling, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course (Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.).
• With experience in cash handling and administrative work preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments, receipts, and petty cash/operating funds
• Encode, transmit, and mail applications/documents to Head Office
• Provide policy servicing and financing for DEPED accounts
• Act as custodian of company checks, funds, and properties
• Prepare reports, inventories, and transmittals (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Represent the company at DEPED Regional Office and assist agents/branch manager
• Process business permits, record and file documents
• Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as needed
