The role requires a graduate in a business-related field, hands-on experience with cash handling and MS Office, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business-related course such as Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Experience in cash handling and admin work preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle branch payments, receipts, and petty cash.
• Encode and transmit applications/docs to Head Office.
• Provide policy servicing and DEPED accounts financing.
• Custodian of checks, funds, and company properties.
• Prepare reports, inventories, and transmittals.
• Represent company at DEPED Regional Office and assist agents/branch manager.
• Process business permits and file documents.
• Perform other customer service and admin tasks as needed.
