BOF, Inc. is seeking a proactive Branch Operations Officer for the Hermosa Branch to oversee daily operations, reinforce customer service standards, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with BSP regulations and internal policies.

The role balances operational control, people leadership, and client relationship management, supporting business development initiatives and leading branch personnel toward targets.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any Business-related course.
• With at least three (3) years of relevant experience in banking operations and one (1) year in supervisorial role
• A strong operations leader with experience in banking operations and branch management
• Skilled in operational supervision, client servicing, and people management
• Knowledgeable in BSP regulations, banking compliance, and operational controls
• Results-oriented with experience in loans, deposits, and branch business development
• Effective in handling client concerns, operational issues, and day-to-day branch challenges

Responsibilities

• Leadership and supervision of the branch’s daily operations and SBU personnel
• Ensuring compliance with Bank policies, BSP regulations, and operational procedures
• Monitoring and maintaining smooth branch operations while delivering excellent customer service
• Marketing and growing the branch’s deposit portfolio to achieve business targets
• Conducting performance evaluations and recommending staff development, training, and personnel movements
• Reviewing, approving, overriding, and signing transactions and operational documents within authorized limits
• Approval of account opening, account closure, and withdrawal transactions in accordance with existing policies
• Preparation, monitoring, and submission of accurate and timely branch operational reports
• Leading monthly branch meetings and participating in BOG meetings in Executive Office; and
• Performs other duties assigned from time-to-time by the Management.

This role is ideal for a banking professional who can balance operational control, people leadership, and client relationship management while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining excellent client service standards, supporting business development initiatives, and leading branch personnel toward operational and financial targets.

What You’ll Own
