Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Service Officer in Manila to oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations at the Cubao branch. You will ensure prompt, compliant service delivery and uphold the bank's internal controls.

In this role you will supervise daily cash services, act as custodian of peso cash and currency, verify accountability of forms, and assist with sign-offs. You will also review and dispatch branch reports, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant course.
• At least 5 years' experience in Branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities
• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch
• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch
• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted
• Assistant for signature / approval
• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units
• Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time
