Job summary

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) invites applications for a Branch Operations Assistant to support daily branch activities in Cauayan. You will assist in inventory, documentation, delivery coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years experience in branch operations or logistics, familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage, and strong organizational skills. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in branch operations, warehouse, logistics, or sales administration.
• Open to work in a warehouse setup; knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage.
• Willing to work ASAP; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and branch operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Daily branch operations support to ensure timely completion of tasks and orderly branch environment.
• Monitor stock movement and assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and prepare delivery-related documents.
• Maintain branch documents and reports; submit required reports to branch/head office.
• Support collection-related documents and coordinate with Sales and Finance on documentation.
• Provide administrative support including filing, encoding, and document scanning.
• Follow internal controls; report irregularities to Branch Operations Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Operations Supervisor or management.
