About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join our team at Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience through your expertise in mixology, beverage preparation, and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position within our dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Crafting a wide variety of classic and innovative cocktails using premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients

2. Providing attentive and personalized service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with each visit

3. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area to support efficient service

4. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

5. Collaborating with the management team to develop new menu items and improve bar operations

6. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed

7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale hospitality setting

2. Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and bartending techniques

3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience

4. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities to handle a fast-paced environment

5. Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
