Job summary

Nails Glow- Head Office in Tanay, Philippines seeks a Branch Head to oversee daily branch operations and drive performance. You will lead staff, monitor sales and expenses, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

About the role

The Branch Head is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the branch. The role ensures that the branch meets its sales, operational, customer service, staffing, and financial targets while maintaining company standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve performance targets
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, productivity, and performance
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and branch assets
• Coordinate with other departments regarding operational, purchasing, HR, marketing, and administrative concerns
• Prepare and submit required branch reports, including sales, attendance, inventory, and operational reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• At least 2–3 years of experience in branch management, retail, sales, operations, or a similar supervisory role
