Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Sales professional for Capas, Tarlac to plan and implement sales strategies, aiming to attain goals and ensure the long-term sustainability of the Business Center.

You will monitor market conditions, identify sales opportunities (including competitor movements), and grow the customer base while improving account profitability.

A team player with a business-related degree and strong strategic/financial management skills is preferred.

• Maintain cordial working relations with clients by ensuring the timely servicing of financial needs.
