Job summary

Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation is seeking a Branch/Store Manager to lead operations in the Tagbilaran City area. The role requires strategic sales focus, strong leadership, and hands-on oversight of inventory and finance to ensure branch profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial branch role, experience in retail or sales, and a background in automotive, construction, or trading industries is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth for the branch/store.
• Oversee branch operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory and financial oversight for the location.
• Lead and develop the branch team and ensure high service standards.
• Prepare reports using MS Office and sales tracking tools.

Education:

Experience:

Other Requirements:
