Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist responsible for securing and maintaining licenses, permits, and regulatory documents for branches. The role ensures full compliance with government regulatory requirements across BIR, DTI, LGUs, BSP, SEC, and related bodies.

The incumbent will prepare/submission of documents, renew licenses, process permits, coordinate with compliance teams, and conduct branch inspections in Bataan and Zambales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any Business-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, permits processing, or related field.
• Knowledge of BSP, SEC, and DTI regulations, as well as finance circulars and local ordinances.
• Familiar with government permit processing procedures.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel around Bataan and Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits documents to regulatory agencies such as BIR, DTI, LGUs, and other bodies.
• Processes and renews licenses/permits for pawnshop branches per regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates payment of licenses, permits, and regulatory fees.
• Conducts inventory of official receipts and secures BIR authority to print receipts.
• Coordinates with Compliance for documentary requirements for BIR, LGU, and BSP.
• Performs branch mapping and inspections to ensure permits are displayed and receipts stocked.
• Manages BIR tax mapping violations and inspections by LGUs.
• Coordinates with units regarding compliance issues affecting operations.
• Maintains filing and safekeeping of branch registration documents.
