Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Branch Control Officer to ensure inventory accuracy, compliance, and store readiness across our retail locations. You will manage movements, counts, and records while supporting merchandising and replenishment planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, attention to detail, and coordination with Store Leads and Operations to maintain store readiness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• 2-3 years experience in inventory, retail operations, auditing, cashiering, or stock control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical and comfortable working with reports and data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Trustworthy, accountable, and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movements, stock room operations, and inventory records.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and stock availability.
• Monitor compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, deliveries, and movements.
• Prepare inventory, compliance, and operational reports.
• Support merchandising standards and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate with Store Leads, Operations, and Product Management teams.
