Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Manager in the Philippines to drive profitability, oversee operations and lead marketing efforts at the local branch. You will develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to grow funds and credit revenue.

You will supervise branch staff, ensure efficient service at the counter and ATM, and implement effective marketing strategies within the designated area. A 4-year degree and 5+ years in branch operations and marketing are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree completed.
• At least 5 years in branch operations and marketing.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Willing to travel/move within the covered area.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area
