Responsibilities include managing profitability, sales and service, budgets and staff, setting sales goals, tracking targets, and ensuring compliant branch transactions.

• Manages the branch profitability, sales and service, budgets, personnel and workflow requirements in accordance to company policies and procedures.
• Draws and executes sales activities directed towards maximizing revenue and volume potential in respective area of responsibility.
• Establishes and communicates sales goals, objectives and action plans to staff.
• Tracks individual/branch sales and service targets.
• Oversees effective sales, operations and credit processes of the branch.
• Provides leadership and motivation to branch staff to achieve business objectives by promoting teamwork among its officers and staff.
• Ensures conformity of all branch transactions and activities to the policies of the bank.
• Exercises delegated authorities on branch transactions.
