Formación

• 2+ years of sales management or branch management experience in a service-oriented industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L responsibilities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management on branch performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to drive revenue growth.
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service delivery and relationship management.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance branch visibility and attract new clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development support to team members.
