Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) Angeles Branch is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to drive deposit growth and profitability by attracting new deposits and deepening relationships with existing customers.

You will cross-sell bank products, interview walk-in depositors, ensure proper documentation, and participate in daily huddles, sales dialogues, and branch meetings.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree and 2–3 years in branch banking, marketing, and leads management.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree graduate.
• 2-3 years branch banking, marketing and leads management experience.
• Experience in cross-selling and customer acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts cross-selling of the Bank's products and services.
• Develops customer retention through excellent service and product uptake.
• Interviews walk-in depositors and ensures proper documentation.
• Participates in daily huddles, sales dialogues, and branch meetings.
• Performs tasks as assigned by branch leadership.
