The Client Service Associate is responsible for accurate, efficient processing of over the counter transactions—deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange and remittances—in line with the Bank's standards and requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank's products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
