Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines invites applications for a Junior Branch Ambassador responsible for frontline customer service, deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, and related monetary transactions at the branch.

You will maintain professional appearance, expand product knowledge, assist in opening accounts, process payments, and support cross‑selling while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service for deposits, withdrawals, encashments, and inquiries.
• Stay thoroughly informed about bank products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Endorse prospective clients to BMs/RMs for client calls and follow-up.
• Verify documents and signatures for debit transactions and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Assist opening of new accounts and processing related forms (PIS/CIF updates).
• Maintain branch safety, security, and documentation standards; keep the work area orderly.
