Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of managerial experience in Branch Banking Marketing/Operations.
• Experience in driving branch profitability and service standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Identify client needs and offer suitable products and services to meet bank objectives and profitability targets.
• Oversee branch servicing, administration, control, and compliance for Branch Officers and staff.
