Position: Branch Ambassador

Location: Intramuros, Manila

Job Type: Regular

Job Summary: Responsible for administration and efficient operation of the Branch Delivery System, delivery of platform services, account opening and in-house sales, cash management at branch level, participation in the administrative proceedings, CX experience and serves as the CAO of the branch.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Sales, Customer Service & Business Development – Drives sales fulfillment, account retention, and cross-selling of bank products and services; assists walk-in and existing clients, supports marketing efforts, monitors account closures, and ensures excellent customer experience as Customer Assistance Officer (CAO).
• Branch Operations & Transaction Processing – Supervises and processes account opening, placements/investments, ATM and checkbook requests, manager's checks, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, proper documentation, and terminal balancing.
• Cash Custodianship & Control Functions – Maintains overall control of branch cash operations, cash vaults, ATM management, accountable forms, contingent items, and vital documents; conducts cash counts, monitors cash levels, and ensures adherence to security and operational controls.
• Compliance, Reporting & Client Concern Management – Ensures timely and accurate preparation of branch reports, monitors account documentation, supports clearing and reconciliation processes, manages customer complaints and requests, coordinates resolution with concerned units, and upholds data privacy and security standards.
• People Leadership & Resource Management – Supervises and coaches Junior Ambassadors, conducts staff meetings and performance monitoring, recommends training and staff rotations, participates in hiring, investigations, and disciplinary actions, and supports branch operational continuity and workforce development.
