Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of BPO operations experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing Logistics, Freight, Fleet, Transportation, or Supply Chain accounts/processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop operations teams to hit SLAs, KPIs, and logistics targets.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics workflows: order intake, dispatch coordination, tracking, freight management, and carrier communication.
• Drive process improvements, SOPs, and best practices to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle escalations and complex logistics issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders, Supervisors, and staff for growth and peak performance.
• Manage workforce management, shift scheduling, and resource allocation for seasonal spikes.
• Cultivate a positive, improvement-focused work environment with cross-team collaboration.
