Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a BPO Operations Manager - Logistics to oversee day-to-day logistics support within a busy BPO environment in Metro Manila. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services—freight management, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and customer service—while meeting strict SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BPO operations experience; 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience managing Logistics, Freight, Fleet, Transportation, or SCM accounts.
• Strong familiarity with Logistics Management Systems (TMS, WMS, ERPs like SAP or Oracle) and call center tools.
• Deep understanding of BPO metrics (CSAT, SLA, AHT, QA) paired with key logistics metrics (OTIF, First Contact Resolution).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop operations teams to hit SLAs, KPIs, and logistics targets.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics workflows, including order intake, dispatch coordination, tracking/tracing, and carrier communication.
• Drive SOPs and supply chain best practices to enhance service efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle high-level escalations and complex logistics issues to ensure rapid resolution.
