Job summary

Unity Communications & Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This is a contract remote role (40 hours/week) and you must be based in California for time zone alignment.

Key duties include handling inquiries, assisting with orders, processing returns in Shopify, and ensuring professional written and spoken communication. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.

What We’re Looking For
