Neksjob is seeking a customer support specialist to join our on-site team in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns, leveraging your call center experience to provide quick, accurate assistance. Requirements include at least 6 months in a BPO or call center, a Senior High School diploma, and a willingness to work onsite.

Experience of 1 year is preferred. Training will be provided to ensure consistent service quality.
