Responsibilities

• Turn client-provided 2D sketches and layout concepts into detailed CAD drawings.
• Read mood boards and visual design references so technical drawings line up with the intended design vision.
• Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and renderings fit for building permit submission.
• Work closely with the client to refine and revise drawings off their feedback.
• See that all drawings meet the technical standards permit applications call for.
• Iterate on designs as the project scope shifts.
• Hold file versions tidy and revisions clearly documented.
• Speak up proactively on progress, questions, and timelines.
