The role covers accounts payable, petty cash, and financial record-keeping, with focus on accuracy and compliance with BIR rules. Night shifts are required, and convenience in Buendia, Makati is preferred.

Qualifications

• Accountancy graduate or related field.
• 6 months of work experience in Accounting (AP, AR, Bookkeeping).
• Knowledge of BIR rules and taxation.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable by reviewing invoices, POs, and receipts.
• Prepare Form 2307 for withholding taxes.
• Record transactions in the accounting system (QB).
• Monitor petty cash disbursements and reimbursements.
• Perform financial record keeping and document classification.
• Conduct financial reconciliations and generate adjustment reports.

Roles and responsibilities:

Account Payables Processing

• Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting document
• Validate invoice details and payment requirements

• Preparation and creation of Form 2307 for withholding taxes

• Record transaction in accounting system (QB)

• Check Printing

Petty Cash Monitoring

• Cash Advances and Reimbursement monitoring
• Ensure validation of receipts liquidations

• Verify liquidation and accountabilities

Financial Record Keeping

• Review documents for completeness and validity

• Assign reference number and classify documents

• Scan and store documents in digital repository

• File physical documents in secure storage

• Maintain labeled folders and controlled access

Financial Reconciliation

• Perform reconciliation review

• Prepare reconciliation report and adjustments

• Must be an Accountancy graduate or related
• Must have at least 6 months’ work experience in Accounting (AP, AR, Bookkeeping)
• Has knowledge with BIR Rules and Taxation
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shifts
