Job summary

Seaway Integrated Logistics Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records using modern accounting software.

You will record AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, support bi-weekly payroll and tax filings, and prepare monthly statements for management.

Open to recent graduates with accounting/finance degrees; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates with Accounting or Finance degree.
• Internship or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong Excel and accounting software experience.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately.
• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with or manage bi-weekly payroll processing and related tax filings
• Prepare and generate monthly balance sheets, income statements, and ad-hoc financial reports for management
• Maintain organized financial records and prepare documents to support annual audits and tax preparation
