Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.

Job Summary

In this role, you take ownership of the accurate, timely, and structured management of financial records for clients primarily operating in Europe. You work with clear processes and high standards, ensuring financial data is reliable, organized, and ready to support decision-making.

You are responsible for recording transactions, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. With a strong foundation in bookkeeping and accounting principles, you work independently while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting clients with predictable and well-structured financial processes, while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of financial administration. This is a full-time onsite, office-based role.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA is a plus.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping. Experience handling international bookkeeping for multiple clients is preferred.

• Strong understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with European accounting standards and VAT regulations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Exact, ExpertM, Twinfield, Yuki, Business Central) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
